Lee Mason
President
As President of All 5’s Construction, Lee oversees all aspects of the business, driving operational excellence and strategic growth into new markets. He provides leadership and alignment across the company’s business groups, including Concrete, Specialties, Fencing, Mission Critical, and Doors, Frames & Hardware. Lee is focused on building strong teams, developing future leaders, and strengthening a culture that supports the continued growth and success of All 5’s.
Steve Lobel
Senior Vice President, Concrete
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve leads All 5’s concrete operations with a strong belief that honesty and fairness are the cornerstones of sustained success. His approach fosters lasting relationships with clients and trade partners while creating a positive and productive environment for his team.
Steve plays a hands-on role in preconstruction and pre-planning, helping ensure each concrete project is thoughtfully planned and clearly communicated from the start. Frequently found on jobsites, he works directly with project teams and field personnel to promote collaboration, quality, and execution. His experience, leadership, and commitment to the field continue to strengthen All 5’s concrete operations and the teams behind them.
Jeff Anderson
Senior Vice President, Specialties
Jeff brings over 21 years of extensive experience in the construction industry to All 5's Construction. He manages the preconstruction, project management, and field operations for the Specialty, Doors, Frames, and Hardware, and Mission Critical Groups, ensuring every project meets its design, budget, and schedule goals while upholding stringent safety standards.
In his role, Jeff supports the preconstruction process, Design-Assist, and Design-Build efforts, reinforcing project design intent and strategic objectives. He excels at assembling and leading project teams, overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle from inception to closeout. Through meticulous planning and execution, Jeff ensures adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, schedules, and budgets, all while striving to exceed client expectations and foster opportunities for repeat business.
Jeff’s diverse portfolio includes high-profile projects such as mega resorts, gaming facilities, hospitality venues, Tribal gaming projects, retail spaces, office buildings, high-rises, medical facilities, government buildings, educational institutions (from elementary schools to universities), sports stadiums and training centers, tenant improvements, luxury homes, and high-end restaurants.

John Sadosky
Vice President, Concrete Field Operations
With nearly 30 years of construction industry experience, John brings extensive knowledge and proven expertise to All 5’s concrete operations. A builder at heart, John excels at taking on complex and logistically challenging projects and finding practical, effective solutions to get the work built safely and successfully.
John’s depth of field experience allows him to anticipate challenges, evaluate constructability, and develop execution strategies that keep projects moving forward. He has a strong understanding of concrete construction and the sequencing, logistics, and planning required to successfully deliver demanding projects. His hands-on approach, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality have played an important role in the growth and success of All 5’s Concrete.
Bobby Jelone
Director, Fencing & Equipment
Bobby leads All 5’s fencing operations, overseeing projects from preconstruction and material procurement through field execution and closeout. His experience includes both temporary and permanent fencing solutions for public and private clients throughout Southern California and Las Vegas.
Bobby has hands-on approach to planning and execution, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivering reliable solutions for projects of varying size and complexity. His experience includes managing fencing scopes with demanding logistical, security, and public-safety requirements.
Among his notable projects, Bobby managed the fabrication and installation of debris fencing for the Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix, where precise planning and execution were critical to meeting the safety requirements of a world-class sporting event.

Jeremy Wyler
Director, Mission Critical
Jeremy brings extensive experience in strategic partnerships, client relationships, and project support within the data center industry to our team. His background spans the Western U.S. and Canada, where he has worked closely with architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and ownership groups on complex mission critical and commercial projects.
At All 5’s, Jeremy is focused on driving growth within the mission critical market, strengthening key partnerships, and identifying new opportunities. His industry knowledge and understanding of client needs help position All 5’s as a valuable partner throughout the planning and delivery of data center projects.
Greg Brink
Director, Doors, Frames, and Hardware
Greg applies his nearly 40 years of commercial construction experience to our Doors, Frames, and Hardware group, leading with innovation and open communication. Having worked as a project manager for a large commercial general contractor and owner of a successful DFH contracting company, Greg brings a unique perspective to All 5’s Division 8 team. He develops and implements company and department strategies to improve organizational performance and productivity. Working with relentless client focus over the course of his career, Greg has earned recognition and respect from clients, vendors, and industry partners.
